God’s Company, a recovery revolution launching as a full feature docudrama film and workplace program designed to shine a light on addiction and redemption in the very place most people spend their lives: their jobs.

We believe businesses can become God’s Companies: redemptive workplaces where second chances are welcomed, recovery is celebrated, and productivity flourishes. This model has already been proven. Now, with your help, we will scale it.

  • The God’s Company docudrama captures the raw reality of addiction and its darkest outcomes, including the despair that can lead to suicide. Through gripping stories of struggle and redemption, the film shines a light on these hidden battles and inspires hope that recovery and second chances are possible.

  • God’s Company bridges the gap between recovery and work by equipping employers with a first-of-its-kind Workplace Recovery Curriculum. By turning workplaces into supportive environments, the program reaches the very 70% of adults with substance use disorder who are already on the job.

  • We’re not doing this alone. We’re building a coalition of business leaders and changemakers who believe that grace belongs in the workplace. By partnering with companies, we’ll implement recovery-friendly practices and track real impact, one life, one family, one workplace at a time.

  • We’re creating a simple, heartfelt Recovery Guide, not full of clinical jargon, but of wisdom, empathy, and practical tools to help individuals take that brave first step toward sobriety, even when it feels impossible.

  • Proceeds will not only help rehabilitate individuals and fund recovery programs, but will also fuel the creation of additional creative projects that drive prevention, education, and restoration. This isn’t a moment, it’s a movement.
